If you have child support obligations you need to seriously address those responsibilities. Below are three documents from the Child Support Agency (CSA) which will help you manage this responsibility. The Child Support Agency
Is part of the Department of Family and Community Services (FaCS). In Western Australia the CSA is located in the Australian Taxation Office building in Cannington.

The Child Support Agency has the responsibility for making child support assessments for stage 2 parents where an application for child support has been made and processing those payments where requested to do so. The Child Support Agency can arrange to visit a parent who is in prison if necessary.

The Child Support Unit (Legal Aid)
The Child Support Unit can provide assistance to both paying and carer parents. Regular information sessions about maintenance/child support issues are run for stage 1 and stage 2 parents. The Child Support Unit can offer also individual assistance to parents on child support issues.

The Child Support Unit can arrange to visit a parent in prison if necessary.
