Outcare is a community-focused organisation that provides tailored support for people impacted by trauma, mental health challenges, family and domestic violence, and systemic disadvantage. While we have a strong foundation in the justice and child protection systems, our work goes far beyond these sectors – meeting people at critical points in their lives to provide care, guidance, and connection.

We believe in a future where everyone has the opportunity to belong and thrive. That’s why we focus on building trust, restoring dignity, and removing barriers through personalised services that promote diversion, reintegration, and long-term wellbeing.

Aboriginal Throughcare

Aboriginal Throughcare specialises in supporting First Nations Australians throughout the justice system.

Arclight

Arclight supports young women within the Kwinana area to positively connect to their community.

Career Development

Career Development supports people, who have been in the justice system, to become job-ready.

Links

Links supports young people who are before the Perth Children’s Court and are living with mental health challenges.

Reconnect

Specialising in supporting young people, who are either are in, or at risk of being in the justice system.

Sisters of St John of God Women’s Program

Sisters of St John of God Women’s Program supports women in their final nine months in custody and up to two years post-release.

Start Court

Start Court is a therapeutic court for adults who are before the Central Law Courts and have mental health challenges.

Thrive

Thrive helps public housing tenants, including Aboriginal Housing, who are at-risk of eviction to retain their home.

Tidda

Tidda supports women with undiagnosed or unsupported disabilities to successfully reintegrate into the community.

Youth Residential

Youth Residential is a residential care program, supporting young people with complex needs.

How We Help

Outcare provides a range of person-centred programs across Western Australia, supporting people to break cycles of disadvantage and build a more stable, connected future. We work alongside individuals from all walks of life – including people impacted by family and domestic violence, women with undiagnosed or unsupported disabilities, those at different stages of the justice system and young people with complex needs in residential care.

Our services span community reintegration, youth diversion, career development and mental health programs for both adults and children navigating the court system. We also support housing tenants to sustain their homes and offer tailored outreach that meets people where they are, helping them take meaningful steps forward, one day at a time.
