What is Reconnect?
The Reconnect program is designed to support young people who are at risk or have had contact with the justice system.
We provide comprehensive assistance to youths aged 12 to 18 years old for up to 24 months. Our services include mentoring, employment, training, education, and support with mental, emotional and physical well-being. Additionally, Reconnect offers extended support to the families of the young individuals that we work with. Our goal is to minimise youths contact with the justice system and foster positive community engagement.
